These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Uha, a subscription management application for iOS developed by Alena Dzhukich ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using Uha, you agree to these terms.
Uha is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the app to track your subscriptions, manage spending, and organize financial data on your device. You agree not to misuse the app, use it for any unlawful purpose, or use it for commercial purposes. Uha is open-source software β the source code is publicly available for inspection and transparency, but the project and its name, branding, and assets remain the property of the developer. The full license terms are available in the project's repository.
Uha offers an optional one-time purchase ("Uha Unlimited") that permanently unlocks all features, including unlimited subscriptions, custom categories, all available currencies, a 10-year forecast horizon, iCloud sync, extended backup, accent customization, and AI-powered features. The purchase is processed through Apple's App Store and managed by RevenueCat. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation. As a lifetime purchase, it does not renew or recur. The price is set in USD and may vary by region according to Apple's App Store pricing. We do not process payments directly and have no access to your payment information.
All subscription data, categories, and preferences you create in Uha are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your content. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. If you delete the app without backing up, your data cannot be recovered.
Uha offers optional iCloud backup as a way to keep your data safe across devices. When enabled, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account, encrypted and managed by Apple. We do not have access to your iCloud data. iCloud backup is entirely opt-in β it is disabled by default and can be turned off at any time. Apple's iCloud terms and privacy policy apply to any data stored there.
Uha integrates with third-party services to provide certain features. RevenueCat is used to manage in-app purchases and purchase validation. Logo.dev is used to display service logos and brand icons. The uha.app website and the currency exchange service (sharkie.uha.app) are served behind Cloudflare, which acts as a CDN and security layer. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.
You may stop using Uha at any time by deleting the app. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time without prior notice, though as an open-source project we aim to provide reasonable communication about significant changes.
Uha is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements. Uha is a tracking tool and does not provide financial advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Uha after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
